the Materials and Sterilization Center (CME) of a public hospital from work
organization, and symbolic recognition. Using a qualitative approach and
Ergonomic Work Analysis, 18 visits and on-site observations were
conducted, in addition to interviews with the workers. The results revealed
the social invisibility of the actors and ergonomic and structural limitations
associated with the CME. Dialogue, collaboration, and inventiveness
