FEEDBACK ON RESEARCH ON THE MENTAL HEALTH OF BANK EMPLOYEES
Abstract
The objective of this article was to describe the experience of reporting the results of a survey on mental health conditions. Twenty-six bank employees participated in the feedback sessions, which involved reporting the results of mental health conditions and psychoeducation. The feedback was an opportunity to listen to and validate the bank employees' reports. The experience emphasizes the ethical stance and social commitment of the researcher to provide support and psychological guidance to participants who are in a state of psychological distress, with a view to promoting worker health.
