Adaptação marginal de COPINGs de três sistemas cerâmicos em função de dois tipos diferentes de terminação cervical

Este trabalho objetivou avaliar in vitro a precisão de assentamento marginal de copings de três sistemas cerâmicos: In-Ceram; IPS Empress2 e Procera AllCeram. Além disto, duas variações de terminação cervical diferentes foram estabelecidas: ombro 90o e chanfro. Para este fim, dois incisivos centrais superiores de manequim idênticos receberam preparos padronizados para coroa total, variando apenas o término cervical, de modo que um recebeu terminação em ombro 90o com ângulo interno arredondado, e o outro, chanfro. Assim, seis tipos de tratamentos foram estabelecidos: IO (In-Ceram/Ombro); IC (In-Ceram/Chanfro); EO (Empress/Ombro); EC (Empress/Chanfro); PO (Procera/Ombro); PC (Procera/Chanfro). Para a confecção dos copings, os dentes preparados foram reproduzidos em troquéis de gesso por meio de moldagens padronizadas com silicone de adição, onde setenta e dois copings foram confeccionados, subdivididos em três grupos de vinte e quatro para cada tipo de material cerâmico. Dentro de cada grupo, metade das subestruturas foram construídas para preparo com término cervical em ombro 90o , e a outra metade para término cervical em chanfro. O desajuste marginal dos copings foi avaliado e mensurado em microscopia óptica, com aumento de quarenta vezes, a partir da observação de moldagens da fenda marginal de cada amostra com silicone de adição de consistência fluida. Para cada amostra, doze mensurações foram tomadas, e os resultados médios mostraram variação de 23,08 a 36,11µm. Os grupos do sistema Procera PO e PC apresentaram os melhores resultados (23,08 e 25,77µm respectivamente) e diferiram estatisticamente do grupo IO (36,11µm), que apresentou o pior resultado médio. Entre os demais grupos não houve diferença estatística significante, e os resultados médios encontrados foram: IC (28,46µm); EO (29,51µm); EC (27,94µm). Em relação ao tipo de terminação cervical, a análise estatística não foi conclusiva, embora se pudesse sugerir um melhor comportamento do chanfro, pois os grupos com este tipo de término cervical apresentaram desvios-padrão baixos em comparação aos grupos com ombro 90º . Em função dos resultados obtidos, pode-se concluir que os resultados médios de todos os tratamentos estudados ficaram dentro do patamar de aceitabilidade clínica estabelecido de 25 a 40µm.Riferimenti bibliografici
